Refund Policy

How cancelling and refunds work for Souqi's paid plans.

Last updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0

Who bills you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes refunds. Your card statement will show Paddle, not Souqi.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy with a paid plan, ask within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full — the first payment and every renewal alike. You don't have to give a reason.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. A refund ends the plan it paid for, and the workspace returns to the free plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from Settings → Usage → Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period. If you're within 14 days of the payment and want it back, ask for a refund as below.

How to ask for a refund

Either way works, and you don't need to do both:

  • Through Paddle — go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you paid with, and request a refund. You can also reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you.
  • Through us — email sales@souqi.site from the address on your Souqi account, with the order number from your Paddle receipt if you have it.

Paddle processes every refund. It goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
