Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a workspace, building a project, or otherwise using Souqi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Souqi on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Description of Service
Souqi is an AI-assisted platform for building and running websites, storefronts and applications. It has two related products: a deterministic site builder that assembles a storefront from a configuration you edit visually, and Souqi Code, an AI agent that writes and runs real application code in an isolated sandbox. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Souqi. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you personally performed it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Souqi to:
- Build or host anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
- Attempt to bypass sandbox isolation, network restrictions, rate limits, or spend caps.
- Send prompts intended to make the underlying AI models generate malicious code, credential-harvesting pages, or content designed to deceive visitors.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, or access another user's project or account without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
AI-Generated Content
Content and code generated by Souqi's AI agents — including page copy, layouts, and application logic produced by Souqi Code — is produced automatically and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, secure, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated before relying on it for business, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical purposes.
You own the output generated for your own projects, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party material the AI may have referenced. We do not claim ownership of your generated sites or code. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, or for losses arising from bugs, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior in generated code.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial-period refunds except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with notice before it takes effect on your next renewal. Some features, including extended AI usage and higher edit limits, are gated behind a paid plan and described on our Pricing page.
Intellectual Property
Souqi's platform, branding, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and projects you create. By using Souqi, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your project content solely to operate and improve the service — we don't use your project content to train models for other customers.
Termination
You may stop using Souqi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if your account is inactive and unclaimed past its retention period (see our Privacy Policy). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — remain in effect.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Souqi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souqi and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to Souqi is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Souqi's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and post a notice in-product for material changes. Continuing to use Souqi after an update means you accept the revised terms.
